I am a mental skills coach with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. After receiving my B.S. in psychology from St. Lawrence University I became a certified functional strength coach (CFSC) who is also certified to coach Olympic Weightlifting (USAW). I am currently pursuing my Master's in Education (M.Ed.) in Performance Psychology from Springfield College.

I’m with the Young All-American Association to combine all that I have learned to help you become the best version of yourself. Although physical gains are great, I consider my programs a success when you feel more resilient, mentally tough, and emotionally agile.

I focus on developing your mind through goal setting, resilience training, guided meditations, and visualizations while we develop your body with customized general fitness or olympic lifting programming and coaching.

I meet with athletes on a weekly basis virtually or in person to advise them on how to build all that I have learned into their training, competitions, and lives. The topics, progression, and style of these sessions depends on the athlete and his or her goals, but generally I follow the programs you can find here for athletes, coaches, and teams.
